I have worked on 2 full rebrand projects. Firstly, when Chocs Direct became Hotel Chocolat in 2007. And when United Direct became United Store at Manchester United in 2024. Results-driven Brand Management experience over 20 years, developing and executing innovative brand and rebrand strategies with internal teams and agencies. Proven ability to then use this to increase brand awareness, market share, and customer engagement through effective marketing campaigns and brand storytelling. Skilled in market research, insights, brand positioning, brand/ creative direction, messaging tone of voice, and managing cross-functional teams.
