Experience:

Whilst at Manchester United i worked with the team to migrate the ecommerce business in house from Fanatics. This involved sourcing all new 3rd party logistics in regards to localisation, warehouse and shipping. As such we ran RFPprocesses the result of which was agreements with GXO for our warehouses, Global E for our localisation and DHL for shipping. Followed by all workshops and integration work into the new Scayle web platform for launch and business readiness. proven ability to optimise fulfilment processes, ensure on-time order delivery, and maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and continuous improvement.
