Experience:
I’ve 20 years experience in eCom roles including those as an eCommerce Trading Manager, looking after a team of trading execs, growing brands such as Hotel Chocolat, Radley London and Manchester United. Across platforms including Magento 1/2, Salesforce, Shopify, Scayle and WordPress. I work alongside marketing, buying and merchandising teams in addition to warehouse and customer services aligned to campaign calendars. I then manage forecasting, homepage updates, banners and pop ups, navigation menu amends, search queries, product uploads, stock, pricing, categories, blog content, service pages, promotions, customer service pages, order management and ongoing KPI reports.
